My name is Aaron. I’m the college pastor at Hillcrest. I’ve been in college ministry for about 6 years, and I love getting to walk alongside students as they grow in discipleship. I also love teaching the gospel and seeing people embrace it and the community of the local church in ways that radically impact how they live.
My wife, Charity, has a degree in international studies with an emphasis in art and loves pretty much all things international…and art. She does photography for families, couples, events, and all kinds of other things. You can find her work at www.facesbycharity.com or on her facebook page. Charity loves being a mom and a wife and enjoys investing her time in girls.
We have a 2 year old son named Sam. He is from Temirtau, Kazakhstan, and came home with us in May, 2009. He loves his stuffed monkey named “Monkey,” going outside, taking a bath, and dropping the people’s elbow.

Rick is an attorney practicing in Duncanville. He graduated from the University of Illinois in 1982 and the Baylor University School of Law in 1985. He and his wife, Angela, have two boys, Max and Beau. He secretly desires world domination in racquetball, tennis and ping-pong.
Angela is a stay-at-home mother, where she home schools Max and Beau. She recently completed the Dallas half-marathon and is looking forward to other, similar challenges. She helps with planning many things in the ministry and connecting the ministry and students to families in the church.

Justin is a native of Breckenridge, TX and works at Dallas Baptist University where he is pursuing his Ph.D. in hopes of one day becoming a full-time college professor. In addition to currently teaching a few classes, he serves as the Director for the Center for Service-Learning, and in the Spiritual Life office. When he has free time he enjoys hunting and spending time outdoors. He loves to play golf, and will go water skiing any chance he gets. He also loves to cook, which comes in handy now that he is married.
Christy currently serves at Dallas Baptist University as the Assistant Director of Spiritual Life and the Missions Coordinator. She leads the women’s ministry at DBU and recently graduated with her Masters degree. She loves women’s ministry, hopes to continue speaking and writing in the future, and is passionate about singing and music.
Justin and Christy were married in September, 2008, and are thoroughly enjoying married life! Justin saw Christy the first day of class at DBU and decided then he needed to get to know her better. Of course, the rest is history! They live in Dallas and both love working with college students and enjoy the privilege of doing life and ministry together for the Lord.

My name is Erik Jameson, but most people call me EJ. I graduated from DBU in 2004 and do not use my degree. I enjoy fun things and hanging out with fun people. I do not enjoy long walks on the beach…well if there was a beach closer that I could take a long walk on I might like them a little more.
I love baseball and the Texas Rangers, and I once went to 18 games in one season. I just finished second in fantasy football for the second year in a row. I like ping pong, cats, stars, sharks, music, romantic novels, shovels, and cleaning windows.
I enjoy being a part of the college ministry and helping in any way I can, and when I say “any” I mean the things I am good at. I love you all, stay sweet.

Bo & Julie are great people with great hearts who love to serve.
You should email Bo and tell him to finish their bio.

Andrew and Megyn met at Hillcrest in ‘05 and began a friendship which progressed to a wedding in July of ‘09. They currently live in Dallas and love being a part of the Hillcrest College Ministry and hanging out with the freshmen.

Caleb was born in the southern state of Mississippi, but has lived most of his life in the greatest state of all, which is of course Texas. Hunting, fishing, and being in God’s creation with family and friends are among his favorite things to do in the world. If he had to pick the ultimate vacation it would be with his family on the Southern Island of New Zealand where you can hunt, fish, see beautiful mountains, and go to the beach all in one day.
After gradating high school, Caleb went to community college for two years before transferring to Dallas Baptist University where he will graduate with a Bachelor of Business Administration in 2010. He is a self taught guitar player who has lead worship for over eight years, the last four being with the Hillcrest College Ministry. His heart is to see the local church respond to God’s calling to make the gospel known as we live everyday life. Music is a passion and a channel through which God has gifted him to proclaim truth. The Lord is leading him to pursue full time ministry leading worship, and he cannot wait to see what He has in store for the future!
