My brother Brennen left on his bicycle last September for the streets. He prayed and fasted about this during the summer along with our family. He has been in Houston since then.
He slept where he could: bench, alley, park, under a bridge. He got run off of some places by police, never actually finding a permanent spot for his body to rest. He’s got some stories that he will have to share when he drops by again.
For a little while, Brennen has been staying with a Christian family who lives in Katy. They minister to the homeless a few times each week and he is directly involved with that. He is using this as a time for prayer and spiritual development as he prays for direction.
I just wanted to let people know this, I have been asked by a number of people at church what he is doing. This is obviously very basic info since late Sept and I wanted to encourage y’all to check out his blog

- discernment as he seeks direction

Just learning how to look your current situation up on this blogspot. I am new at this, but trying to learn a little. Wanted to let you know that we are praying for you and interested in your current journeys. (Adult 1 ladies class) God is so great and we limit Him so much.
